Reiki Level I Training

Join Reiki Master Alix Camp for a deeply restorative Reiki Level I training in the company of horses at a cozy camp in Ojai, California just off the 33 highway.

This weekend is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature, and remember your natural ability to work with energy.

Over two days together, you will receive your Reiki Level I attunement, learn the foundations of energy healing, and practice Reiki in a supportive and intimate group environment.

No prior experience is required,  only an open heart and curiosity about the healing power within you.

Expect a weekend of healing, grounding, connection, and discovery surrounded by nature.

Course Outline

During this training you will:

• Receive your Reiki Level I attunement and certification
• Learn the foundations of Reiki techniques and philosophy
• Explore the origin story and lineage of Reiki
• Practice Reiki with other students to build confidence
• Tap into and sense your energy field
• Learn techniques to clear energetic blocks and emotional residue
• Experience pranic healing techniques for energetic cleansing
• Participate in a guided meditation to release trapped emotions
• Practice Reiki with horses as intuitive partners in healing
• Enjoy tea served throughout the weekend to keep you grounded and hydrated

There will be lots of practice time and space for questions, reflection, and integration.

The Horses

Horses are incredibly sensitive beings who feel energy in ways that help us become more present and embodied.

During this training, you’ll learn how to connect with them through energy, emotion, and intention discovering what it means to truly listen beyond words.

Many students describe this portion of the training as one of the most profound and memorable parts of the weekend.

Dates

Saturday, April 11, 2026 — 9:00am–3:00pm
Sunday, April 12, 2026 — 9:00am–3:00pm

An hour lunch break will be provided each day.

Location

A cozy cabin camp setting in Ojai, California near Highway 33.
The exact address will be shared after registration.

Group Size

Limited to 12 participants to maintain an intimate learning environment with plenty of personal attention.

Optional Overnight Stay

Students have the option to stay overnight after the first day of training.

Guests may either bunk in the cabin with the group or set up their own tent just outside the cabin if they prefer a little more privacy.

Local students of course are welcome to sleep at home. Students are also welcome to arrange their own accommodations in Ojai, if preferred.

A Note on the Container

These trainings are intentionally kept small so that every student receives personal attention and plenty of time to practice.

Each group that gathers creates a special energy together,  a supportive space where you are free to be yourself, ask questions, and explore the healing abilities already within you.
