What does it really mean to practice mindfulness and why do so many people tell me that I should?

Join us for a non-secular discussion and meditation practice where we will tap into the luminous centre that we all have but forget to access. No mindfulness or meditation experience necessary, just a curious mind and heart. 

In this monthly interactive workshop, we will explore buddhist philosophy teachings applied to modern life. We encourage you to come to our gathering each month as the teachings will build upon one another.
